This is a great computer very fast good for gaming!!! I absolutely love it! I haven't had any issues at all. I'm not sure why there are so many conflicting answers in the q&a above but to answer a few yes good for gaming yes microsoft word is installed and no it is not a touch screen. We are using it for school surfing the web and gaming
